Where it all Began

2 min read

A few years ago, I started journalling.

At first, it was simply a way of putting my thoughts down on paper. A way of getting some of the noise out of my head and making sense of things I was thinking and feeling.

What I found over time was that journalling became incredibly cathartic.

Sometimes, as I wrote, I found answers I had been searching for. Other times, I simply found a better understanding of myself, my thoughts or situations I was trying to process.

There is something powerful about getting your thoughts out of your head and onto paper, where they suddenly become clearer and easier to understand.

Looking back now, I realise this little practice quietly became the foundation for so much of who I am today.

Even the simple sign-off I used to write at the end of my journal entries

"Love, Light & Peace to all, Namaste ❤️"

was written innocently at the time, never imagining it would one day become the heart of my business and the values I try to live by every day.

Creating this journal space feels like coming full circle.

It isn't about having all the answers, nor is it about teaching. It's simply a place to pause, reflect and notice the quieter moments that can so easily be lost in the noise of everyday life.

If something I write makes you pause, think, smile, question, or simply see something from a different perspective, then sharing these reflections will have been worthwhile.

Love, Light & Peace to all
Namaste ❤️
