About Me

I've spent more than 30 years working with people and have developed a strong interest in mindfulness, meditation and the ways our thoughts, emotions and nervous system can affect how we feel and respond to life.

Through group meditation sessions, workshops and supportive spaces, I help people slow down, reflect and explore practical approaches that help them pause, reflect and respond to life more consciously.

My approach is gentle, grounded and practical, bringing together meditation, breath and self-awareness practices in a way that feels accessible and supportive.

Alongside group sessions and workshops, I also offer one-to-one support for those looking for a more personal experience.
